They participate in most PPO plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, Coventry, Humana, United Healthcare, and others.  Prime Urgent Medical Clinic has three locations around Memphis.

All three locations are open 8am through 8pm Monday through Friday.  On Saturdays they are open from 10am - 6pm, and 1pm - 6pm on Sundays.  There are only closed on 4 days during the year.  4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years Day.
